Every item we sell is 100% authentic and inspected before dispatch. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

SIZE EXCHANGES

Wrong size? You can exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• ✓ Unworn and unused (indoor try-on only)
• ✓ In its original box with all tags, dust bags and papers
• ✓ In the same condition you received it

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number to arrange an exchange. Return shipping for size exchanges is covered by the customer; we ship the replacement to you free.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective item or something different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith photos. We'll replace it or refund you in full — including delivery — at no cost to you.

WHAT WE CAN'T ACCEPT

• ✕ Items worn outdoors or showing signs of use
• ✕ Items without the original box and tags
• ✕ Exchange requests after 7 days of delivery
